  Wait times went from 15 minutes to an hour or more. The QR code for the survey is stupid. It is good for 60 seconds. Grifols it's good all day. The camera to.scan the code sucks and doesn't read the QR code 50% of the time.

  Most of the time it’s been a good donation but this last time I was stuck by someone who could barely see through her hair. She messed with the needle so much I asked her to get someone else. Sylvia messed with the needle some more. Then someone else decided none of that was right so he stuck my other arm and it infiltrated . Now I’m deferred for two months because of employee’s mistake. I had and infiltration 2 times before that and had a bad reaction , employees did not follow procedure and the only reason I went back was because of Tammy. My first time there, Sylvia jacked up it up so bad I couldn’t donate but I went back and asked for someone else each time. I’ve been donating since 2005 and have had more issues here in 6 months than I have had in the last 20 years at other centers. Never have I been deferred until now.

  I have gone to kedplasma for a time. Unfortunately, it is now obvious that they are very judgemental. If you want to choose a certain phlebotomist or just avoid one because of a bad experience with one. That person spreads it until their phlebotomist friends give you dirty looks while you're donating. If you're in pain and tell them, they again, give you bad looks. Making the donation process extremely unwelcoming and emotionally unpleasant. There are a few nice ones. However, the ones who show these behaviors make it very uncomfortable to be in the building. To the point where you would rather go to a different donation center all together. Please use this as a notice for when you decide to go.

  I’ve been going to Kedplasma shorty after they opened. I know some of the people from Biolife Ogden and Layton locations, now working at Kedplasma Ogden location. They are happy to be at Kedplasma. This is a positive reflection to leadership, starting with Preston who is FULL of Energy, Excitement and Love for plasma work! Therefore it bleeds into his team! They are HAPPY and it is palpable! When the team enjoys working for a positive leader great results will always bear forth good fruit! From the time I walk into the Kedplasma it’s a very chill and positive atmosphere! I always enjoy spending time and interacting with kedplasma’s team members! Wonderful hard working people! The care and concern from start to finish donating plasma for a speedy recovery and return donation visit! I give the WHOLE TEAM FIVE STARS!!!
