  This is a really god place to donate plasma. The screeners and phlebotomist are really good at their jobs!

  Their employees are amazing!! Ariel up front is always nice and fun to talk too. Bequin, Sylvia, and Shalie are always phenomenal. Management/supervisors are nowhere to be seen. I have been stuck at 89 percent for the past 45 mins. Needle adjusted multiple times, but the are always too busy. They have four going in and out of the offices. Bryan does an excellent job whenever there is an issue, but the others not so much l.

  I usually like ariel to call me up however They have a brand new person up front who called me up today she was great the poke didn’t even hurt! didn’t get to see her name as she didn’t have a badge on. Well done Ked plasma keep hiring great people!

  Ariel and Brianne are the GOATS great workers. Honestly all of the staff are top notch but those two always shine brightly. Oh the lady with the glasses who hooks people up is so wonderful as well. I can never remember her name but she is so funny.

  Yeah these guys if they're too busy will simply defer you for whatever reason they can find just so they don't have to bother with it. Every other plasma donation center I've been too has accepted me, they take you to the back, actually check your vitals with professional means and equipment. These guys just wrap a rubber band around your arm, poke your veins a few times and go "Eh, this ones not looking too right, drink some water and come back tomorrow.". The reason people donate to these places is because they're tight on money and NEED it sometimes. These people don't seem to understand that. They will see you as inconvenient if they're too busy. They're nice about it, they say they're sorry for you and to just drink water, but it's always the same. My family who's also been donating plasma for 2 years with me has never had the same problems like they have here. They've drank water, they've watched their diet, they've done everything they were told to do but they always fail them. This place is absolutely a scam, all plasma centers inevitably are considering how much they get for the plasma. But at least the rest act medically professional, they take the time to check your vitals with more than prodding your arm with their fingers and saying to just drink more water. Donate here if you have to, I know most people are in the same boat as me and my family, but I do suggest watching out to see how eager they are to just get you out of there so they don't have to do as much work. I mean, it's a just a matter of if I can pay my electric bill, wouldn't want to inconvenience you with your job. My advice would just go to a different place, they may claim to pay more but it's just a waste of time if they don't want to deal with you.
