  If you plan on coming here, make sure you get here at least 15 minutes before they close. They tend to lock the door 10 minutes before their posted closing time.

  I went in to visit GNC and see about some products. The sales lady really dark hair and abrasive was super knowledgeable about her products, but often crossed the line & was offensive when it came to talking about routine. To be honest this is why I dont often shop at GNC because when I do, I run into someone who is pushy, judgy, & dont do everything the way they do. They rec $200 in products & act annoyed when you dont purchase. This instance reminded me why I dont go in often. It's nice to have knowledge but theres also a level of respect, letting a customer decide without being pushy & customer service missing. I was going to purchase a couple of products, but after about the 3rd time of being criticized for my opinion about my workout regimen and diet, & 6 different products suggested. I didnt. I spent $13 and bought 1 item just to prove a point. I wasnt interested in her macro program she offers outside of work & her comments around my responses is really what turned me off to purchasing as well. If I wanted to be on a macro program, I would be. Her goals are not mine. This is not something I go to GNC for. And to make someone feel less than because they dont want to purchase $200 in product plus but your fitness and nutrition program... totally turns me off to purchasing at all. I dont feel less than by her comments but they were meant that way. And I hope that when she sells to someone else she realizes that not everyone has the same goals as she does. And when she was rude about the $13 sale I feel I made my point.

  This particular GNC store I went into is an average store. I would really like to say above-average like it used to be in the past. But with so much employee turnover it's just unfortunately not as good as it used to be. On that particular day I visited this a store the one person who was working, only one, and I was the only customer in the store. That employee was not very attentive. He didn't seem to know too much about the store he was working in but maybe he could have been new. It's hard to say because I have never seen him before. Being completely honest with everyone it's not highly likely for me to visit that store again unless there was something that I needed quickly.

  I just want to say that Merrily has been nothing but helpful and very understanding to me and my husband's needs. She also has a great sense of humor. We will continue going to see Merrilyn. (The black hair, tatted girl) You rock, Merrilyn!!!!!!!

  The guy at the register called me stupid for not signing up for there reward thing. And then kept telling me my loss for not picking a 50 dollar protien powder i didnt want. And then practically threw the bag at me and said good luck with ur goal. Never shopping at any gnc again and i buy alot of products
