  I have been dealing with debilitating neck and throat pain for close to a year now. I have seen countless doctors and specialists only to be told I am fine and nothing is wrong. In the few weeks I have seen Dr. Lane, I am almost back to 100% normal! He has been patient, taking time to listen to my concerns and has been gentle and honest with my care. If you are experiencing any pain in your head or neck, this is where you need to go! He is the absolute best of the best!

  I’ve had neck pain and cervical headaches for going on 2 years now but 6 months ago it became unbearable to the point I couldn’t work anymore. After a month of weekly appointments I'm doing better than I have in such a long time and I’m finally able to enjoy my life without being in pain constantly. Im very grateful that I found Refuge Upper Cervical Chiropractic and I would highly recommend coming here to anyone experiencing similar pain. (:

  I can wholeheartedly recommend 10/10! I am so impressed with how much care, time, and attention to detail Dr. Jacob Lane gave me during my initial evaluation and how quickly and successfully he adjusts me after that. The 3D imaging is fascinating and this clinic employs a very holistic mindset, looking at all angles of health to help treat underlying causes. He gave me more care and than most doctors of any discipline! And he is very knowledgeable in his craft and in how the body functions. In one visit, I was already feeling better! As someone who has seen various chiropractors over the years, I couldn’t recommend more highly!

  I want to start off by saying Dr. Jacob and Dr. Kylie are amazing! I have been seeing Dr. Jacob since June and have seen and noticed improvement not only physically but mentally as well. They both are extremely dedicated to finding ways to help you personally and get you back to what you love to do. I have been struggling with my neck for years which caused vertigo, migraines/headaches, passing out, poor blood circulation, etc. I have seen significant improvement within these past 4 months and a lot of my symptoms have lessened. Lastly, they go above and beyond for their patients and they don’t make you feel like it’s all in your head. They are amazing doctors and amazing humans! I can recommend them enough!

  My symptoms started back in 2014 and I tried every avenue possible from physical therapy to chiropractic and even went down a Lyme disease path for years. The dizziness from the dysautonomia or POTS, which was diagnosed in 2016, was miserable most days. I never knew how I’d feel waking up or if it would hit just hours afterwords. It’s difficult when you can’t depend on your own body to do the basics of being a mom. During the summer I came across a TikTok from Dr. Lane and discovered I’m within driving distance from Refuge Chiropractic. I began treatment July 31st of 2025 and have seen amazing progress already! The headaches and dizziness have decreased significantly. I would highly recommend Refuge Chiropractic for anyone struggling with dysautonomia.
