I always had the worst experiences. First of all why do they have to close from one to 1:30 PM for lunch can’t they just have one or two people stay there and take turns taking a lunch break? It’s ridiculous and I just went to it, and they told me they are two days behind and that it would be 45 minutes.

My Dr put in my medicine 12 hours ago- waited in line for half an hour just to be told it is STILL- not ready and will take another half hour. Go somewhere else to get your meds.

Context: I have no issues wearing a mask. I imediatly put one on when I see they are provided and Im ill. Wore one at the Dr without being prompted to do so today, and would have in smiths if there were some provided. My mask I got from the Dr was contaminated long before that, in the clinic parking lot. I went in to get my prescription, and there was only 2/3 being worked on with no trace of the third. I called my clinic and they verified that it had been sent on their end and they resent it to smiths anyway. I went home during their lunch and returned maybe 2 hours later. After seeing my medication, the attendant said I need to be wearing a mask. I gestured to where because I would gladly put one on. She said they dont provide them. And said to not breathe in people. 100% ma'am. Thats what I did and im staying away. Then they gave me the wrong medication. Its an option but not my first choice. I asked about it. She said that they dont stock the one I wanted and that in the notes it said to give me this one instead. Not entirely true. The notes stated that if its not covered (meaning by my incurance) the other one can be a substitute. It didnt say provided, it said covered. An easy oversight. I just asked if there was a miscommunication. Instead of saying oops that might have happend, she doubled down and said there wasnt a miscommunication. They made no effort to clarify with my clinic. I know they are busy, but I wanted my preferred medication. Good job pharmacy technician for looking at my meds and not my test results! You can take this medication as preventative action!!

If I could give negative stars I would. This has to be the most incompetent pharmacy I’ve ever gone to. I’ve now been told three separate times that my medication is ready to pick up and every time I go to pick it up it my medication isn’t ready, and to pick it up on a different day.
