Called the other clinic, surprise no answer. Left a msg. Actually got a call back but then they told me to hold for a second and never came back.
- ADA DBSep 8, 20252.0The nurses are friendly. The receptionist aren't the warmest to their guest. I called before my appointment, was quoted a price. During my visit I was told that I needed to come in a different day for a procedure no appointment needed. However I was charged for a visit charged plus the procedure which is not what I agree to before the visit. I was lie to and quoted two different price. I won't be going there ever agian.
- TFTyler FlynnAug 14, 20251.0Went in for a 10 minute or less visit. They didn’t bill my insurance. Not sure why. I gave them my insurance card. Next thing I know I’m being sued by a law firm for almost 1200 dollars. They billed me for 480 dollars. I called and asked them to bill through insurance and never got a revised bill. They sent me to collections then the law firm started calling 10/10 would not recommend. We see doctors as regularly as everyone else. Never had an issue like this. I feel as if I had 0 help from the billing department and the law firm was not pleasant to deal with.
