Love the doctors, PA, and staff here. We have had amazing experiences with both Dr Robbinet and PA Brock Olson. Pristine facility with people who care.

I just had nose surgery done by Dr. Robinett and I can’t say enough good things about him or the surgery. I had quite a bit of work done and he made the process so easy and minimally painful. Dr. Robinett is kind and good at getting to the bottom of an issue. He is also really good at explaining things in a way that is easy to understand. He is thorough and really cares that his patients get the help they need. I really appreciate what he has done to help me out!

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the care I received from Dr. Zachary Robinett at Cache Valley Ear, Nose, and Throat.
I underwent several surgeries on my ear due to melanoma, which required multiple procedures for reconstruction and proper healing. Throughout the entire process, Dr. Robinett demonstrated exceptional professionalism, surgical skill, and compassion. He takes the time to thoroughly explain each procedure and ensures his patients clearly understand their treatment and what to expect. His ability to communicate clearly and confidently made a very difficult situation much easier to navigate.
Dr. Robinett maintains an optimistic and reassuring approach while still being honest and respectful in his communication. He treats his patients with dignity and never talks down to them. His bedside manner is outstanding, and he genuinely takes the time to connect with his patients.
In addition, Dr. Robinett has been extremely responsive whenever questions arise. If he is not immediately available, he makes a point to return calls as soon as possible, which reflects a strong commitment to patient care.
I highly recommend Dr. Zachary Robinett but you may need to reconsider if you dont have money upfront.
The billing at the Cache Valley is an absolute joke! They will call and text non stop requesting payments before and after procedures. They will threaten to report you to credit bureau! The money is more important then the patients! This is why my rating is reduced, because of billing, otherwise it'd be 5.

Well, I guess I’ll be heading south in hopes of finding better success with a Rhinologist.
I had two sinus surgeries performed by Dr. Blotter in 2025, and unfortunately both resulted in septum failure (a perforation through the septum). I’ve tried multiple times to schedule a conversation with him to discuss why the most recent surgery failed, but I haven’t been able to get past the front desk/billing department.
Because it’s now outside the two-month postoperative window and we’re in a new insurance year, they want to charge me for a visit. I don’t feel it’s appropriate to have to pay a significant amount just to have a conversation with the doctor about why the surgery failed twice—especially when that failure now means I’ll face another max out-of-pocket expense this year for something that should have been successfully addressed last year, particularly after a second attempt.
It’s also extremely difficult to reach anyone by phone. They will sometimes call back, but if you miss the call, the process starts all over again since the phones generally go unanswered.
Overall, I’m very disappointed with both the outcomes of the surgeries and the experience with this office. In my opinion, you may want to consider looking elsewhere—perhaps heading south—for a better chance at success and a more responsive front desk.

Our family was on vacation in Utah, when one of our children’s tonsils became extremely swollen. Cache Valley ENT recognized and responded to our emergency. We were seen by one of the amazing PAs, Jamie Grange and Brock Owen, but when she realized the urgency of our situation, she insisted on having the doctors’ (Dr. Deere’s and Dr. Robinett’s) opinion and collaboration for a plan of action. We ended up needing emergency surgery to drain my daughter’s tonsils, and we felt completely carried by the entire team. They treated us like family every step of the way, which was so comforting being so far from home. We will use Cache Valley ENT for any of our family’s ear, nose and throat situations. I would recommend this team to anyone who is looking for elite knowledge, experience, and professionalism for your family’s ENT needs.
