There is an adjustment period to wearing hearing aids and I seem to be taking longer than most. Everyone is personable and I am given all the time I need. I’ve never been rushed in and out like some offices. This is old time customer care which is difficult to find nowadays.

My original review was about how the purchasing process was awesome. 11 years have come and gone and I have to say that the servicing is beyond awesome! I truly wish all medical facilities would be like the Hearing Zone. I HIGHLY recommend them!
