  I am a patient of Dr. Broadhead and I have been seeing her for almost seven years now. I have followed her as she has moved clinics over the years, so I go where Dr. Broadhead goes. However, I do need to state that this clinic has treated me better and more fairly than any other clinic I’ve been at. I always call with a complex questions and instead of being told “let me transfer you,” I hear “what is your name?” Even when my issue is complex, reception helps me no matter what. Today, Emily helped me and she has helped me a number of times. She’s kind, to the point, and efficient. She will tell you whether she can do something or not and she will make sure you understand why. I have gotten upset at reception a total of two times since I’ve been coming here and it was my fault I got upset, not theirs. So, know that you are getting a team that is trying their hardest. For having as many patients as they do, they are so efficient and if you are kind to them and establish a relationship, your requests will go through much faster, sometimes on the spot. Do what you can on your own, but if you’re stuck, call the staff, they will help you, even if it takes them a bit of time. I promise it’s worth the wait for their help. Thank you, guys! I appreciate all you do for me!

  1 star for how horrible the service is goodluck getting anyone to answer the phone or call back worst that I've ever dealt with don't understand why it's so hard for them to do their job

  My cousin has gone here for nearly 4 years and overall it’s been a terrible experience for him. The workers are incompetent.

  If I could give zero stars I would. I starting going to therapy here forever almost 4 years I first started off with therapy with mark is he odd and makes people uncomfortable I then switched to Tara Rainey she was helpful with prescribing medicine. I started seeing a third person an older lady with her own office but still contracted through Sundance she was amazing weeks went by and I found out they set me up with a therapist that doesn’t take my insurance. It was a battle between therapists, me the client, the receptionists and, billing. they expected me to pay absurd amounts of money for therapy without going through insurance which was totally there mistake. Eventually that was worked out fine whatever. Now I’m dealing yet again with huge problems! I’ve been trying to get a new medication approved for three weeks now I haven’t had a single call back ive called multiple times every single week and even had my aunt who is like my mom call and try to figure something out. They are rude incompetent and they never get back to you, I haven’t received a single call back for three weeks I called and my aunt did as well. Eventually I called my insurance they said Sundance submitted the wrong authorization forms for said medication and the person sending the authorization forms wasn’t even my doctor Tara Rainey. Seems to me they have huge competence issues, customer service issues, billing and insurance issues. I’m diagnosed ptsd adhd and bipolar I was on all three medicines antipsychotics, stimulants, and antidepressants. If you know anything about mental health you know these all interact horribly with each other. Overall a horrible waste of time and money go somewhere else. I want to end this by saying I have been rude as of late trying to figure this out but they were rude first and just incompetent horrible communication skills, between there own staff and clients. if you want to go to therapy and tell someone how to do their job everyday call them every day to figure something out and still not get a response for three weeks this place is for you. Not to mention when I ghosted the therapy and medication appointments no one reached out to me a single time to make sure I was safe mind you I struggle with suicidal thoughts. They don’t care about clients only about income. I would like to add that I love Tara Rainey and would support her again if she found a better home base other then Sundance.
