- LRLashay RayFeb 24, 20261.0these people’s customer service is horrible. This is the second time they couldn’t tell me why I was there that something was going on to my prescription. It’s almost been a damn hour and I’m about to be late for work for my allergy meds. I just don’t understand what happened to good customer service these days. These people are lazy and unprofessional.

- RJRosa JimenezFeb 3, 20261.0Most horrible experience!! Do not fill here. Unprofessional and very rude. I handed my son’s prescription with his Medicaid/Chip ID. I heard one of the pharmacist on the phone saying how stupid an insurance was. Then the guy helping me asking if I was filling a prescription for a dog! As I said his insurance was Medicaid/chip. I was pissed. I waited for his meds then told they don’t know what chip is anyway. I tried asking the pharmacist a question only to be ignored until I got louder with my question. Still no help and no medication for my son.
- ACAaron CrimJan 6, 20261.0Smith’s Pharmacy is impressively bad. They cancel prescription refills without any notification or explanation. If it’s an insurance issue, fine. But having prescriptions quietly disappear from your account with zero communication is unacceptable. Calling to ask what happened is an adventure in itself. Expect dismissive, rude behavior from pharmacists who seem irritated that you dare to even ask. Somehow, that same attitude extends to doctors as well. When my physician called on my behalf, she was treated with the same condescension, including suggestions that they knew my treatment plan better than she did. The kicker? When I finally transferred my prescriptions, the new pharmacist knew exactly which pharmacy I was leaving... and exactly why. This isn't a one-off mistake. It is a pattern. Do yourself a favor and take your prescriptions elsewhere.
