- BBBrooke BementJul 28, 20255.0Five stars for Liz it was my third time attempting to get my Rx filled before a trip (I’d attempted to get it three days in a row prior to the trip) the previous two days I was told it’d be 15 minute wait, which was fine i communicated I’d be back the following day. Following days came and it wasn’t prepped. Finally Liz took care of it right away without explaining it was my third time back and it took all of 2 minutes. I get that stuff happens every once in a while but it was frustrating to arrive, park, wait in line, and be told to come back multiple times. Anyway Liz thank you!
- SESam & EmJul 10, 20251.0I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from the pharmacy at the Smith’s in Murray. I had recently moved to Saratoga and needed to have my daughter’s medication transferred to the Smith’s in that area. Unfortunately, her doctor was not in office to change the pharmacy order directly, so I reached out to the Murray Smith’s pharmacy for help. When I called, I spoke with a pharmacist who was not only unhelpful but also gave me attitude over the phone. Instead of assisting with the transfer process which is a fairly routine task she insisted that I should drive to the Saratoga Springs Smith’s and have them call her. I found this unreasonable, especially since I was simply trying to ensure my child received her medication in a timely manner. Pharmacists should show compassion and professionalism, especially when dealing with children’s prescriptions. Instead, I felt dismissed and pressured to do the legwork for something that could have easily been handled over the phone. This experience was stressful and unacceptable. I hope Smith’s will address the importance of respectful communication and basic support, especially in healthcare related situations.
- GGGigiJun 23, 20251.0Not only did they give me someone else's prescriptions and not even appogoze but they have been rude to me and my husband in several occasions. Not all staff is like this so it is a shame. They have also stated that they gave me an emergency 3 day refill which was never given to me and were also very rude. I've grown exhausted with the rudeness and unprofessionalism. I will prefer to have it delivered to my home than deal with this. As a healthcare worker this is really unacceptable.
