They have been awesome with my mother in law and are very helpful as she has dementia along with her hearing loss. They are patient, kind and very efficient in their knowledge of hearing loss and the best hearing aids for her needs. They are also very kind and welcoming every time we come in! I would recommend them highly.

We had to have my mom's hearing aids turned up but not exactly the way she wanted them to be . She thought they had to be turned all the way up. Lucky for her thought there was another option thsts when We learned about the different modes the hearing aids have . Talk about a game changer . I really wish someone had mentioned this before now lol. Tv is great . By changing that one setting she can hear the TV so much better and she no longer has to have the TV turned up to 50 . Thank you so much.
