- JMJordan MontesOct 25, 20251.0I came here to get my prescription done, they didn't even provide the PD number and when I called to ask what it was they said they didn't measure that because I didn't ask for that and to call back another time to get it. So basically did a half job... I ordered my prescription online instead of getting ripped off in person by them, and my left eye has a hard time focusing only when I put my new glasses on but i also know it takes a few weeks for your eyes to adjust to the new glasses so theres no way to know sooner if that's an actual problem. I went somewhere else to get my eyes checked and they told me everything looked great other than being a little dry and they mentioned that I should go back to where I got my prescription to make sure it's correct. They told me they would charge me to check my prescription again. Seems like they're just here for the money, every other place charges wayyyy less for an eye exam and with a bigger name than this place. BY THE WAY!!!, the girl at the front desk was very rude and just answered me as if she is a doctor herself, lets not forget that you are just the front desk worker and you do not argue with customers, much less infront of other customers. Go back to school and learn some manners
