  I had a very uncomfortable experience at this office as a new patient and feel it’s important to share. At my first visit, I was told I needed a deep cleaning in all four quadrants, multiple add-ons, and that it would cost around $1,200 even with insurance. I was also told I had four cavities. When I asked if I could just proceed with what was medically necessary, I was told this was all required to get my teeth healthy. I was also sent a link for financing and encouraged to move forward that same or next day, which felt very high-pressure. I decided to get a second opinion the next day with another dentist I’ve seen before. They performed a full exam and determined I only needed a standard cleaning, found no cavities, and everything was covered by insurance as a normal routine checkup and cleaning. This experience left me feeling uneasy and questioning the recommendations I received. I would strongly encourage others to seek a second opinion before committing to major dental work here.

  First time coming in to magna dental. As a dental assistant myself this is one of the best dental clinics I’ve been too! Marisa was awesome! And Alondra left my teeth so clean! 100% recommend!

  This was my first visit to Magna Dental. I have an irrational fear of dentists and it had been a long time since I had been to one. I shattered one of my molars and had to get it fixed. A friend told me about this office. I called Saturday morning hoping I could get an appointment and from the first contact (Elba) I knew that this was going to be a good place to go. I was able to get an appointment which was awesome and headed over. I cannot recommend this office highly enough. From the call to the checkin (Marissa) to Dr Dean and his assistant (Natalie), I was not ever nervous. I was in and out within an hour and had a temporary filling with no anxiety at all. Dr Dean was really helping in explaining what had happened and what needed to be done to fix it. If you are thinking about getting a dentist or switching from the one you have, you really need to give this office and it’s staff a chance because you will not regret it.

  A little nervous when it comes to going to the dentist but my hygienist Alondra did a really good job in making it easy and really helped with getting my cleaning done!

  Dr. Dean and Bri were both incredibly friendly and professional, with excellent bedside manner. Dr. Dean was empathetic, respectful, and communicated everything clearly, taking the time to thoroughly explain my options and answer all of my questions, which made me feel very comfortable and confident in my care. Bri was also very kind, attentive, and did a fantastic job, ensuring everything went smoothly throughout the process. I truly appreciate the level of care and professionalism from both of them.
