Would highly recommend this Dental office. They are independently owned and I have found out through experience that independently owned businesses have given such quality work., accuracy and are very efficient. I came from Austin Texas and they took great care of all my dental needs. Thanks you Dr. Brad and all the team at Magna Dental!!!

I should have trusted my gut when I scheduled my appointment. They made a point to mention they charge a service fee if you used a debit/credit card. It was recommended to bring cash or check (checks in 2025?). Funny enough cash payments can’t be disputed and getting a check payment back is tricky.
It’s clear they have been burned before and it makes sense after my visit. I’m very aware of my overall dental health and up until a few years ago had regular visits with another dentists. That dentist is very much further away. So I figured when a recent dental issue popped up I’d try a closer location.
Overall the staff was nice. Nothing negative to say about anyone I encountered. The issue I had was after the exam was done. A treatment plan was suggested. One that I felt was overkill especially given I’m not in any real pain which I indicated. I’m not a dentist so I can’t say the treatment recommended is or is not necessary.
But I can tell you that the car salesmen treatment I endured around the treatment gave me serious ick. I’m no stranger to the cost of dental work. Based on the treatment recommended I wanted to think about it before committing as I knew it was costly. But it was so much more vs what I was expecting. Mind you I have dental insurance (not great but it’s something). Once I saw the cost I knew I was leaving. However, they were persistent to close the deal. “We can do half of the work now. Then the other half later” “you can sign up for this card” “When do you want to come back in? You should schedule the procedure while you’re here and then you can move it if needed”
Needless to say I left and they made $207 (paid $90 out of pocket) to take an X-ray and write a prescription. No real dental work done. Bonus points (likely due to previous customer satisfaction issues) they make it very clear they offer services that typically are not covered by insurance. Boy do they! $250 for a special best in class something or other.
Anyways I do not recommend this dentist. I’ll be going back to my other dentist. I would shop around at the minimum for the services they recommend.

Let me start with the staff, they are top notch, I have the utmost respect for the office manager who puts it all together. Dr. Kim is caring with techniques which put me relaxed but believe me, I used to be afraid, not any longer, she changed my life. I'm 60 and had a really bad smile my whole life, not any longer due to Dr. Kim's expertise with all the hard caring work she put in to my mouth. I used to hold my head down and avoid speaking because of shame of the condition of my teeth, what a difference WOW. The first time I saw my new smile I wept, I'm not a weepy sort but it happened, I embarrassed myself but could not help it, it just came out. I'm fully disabled from a failed back surgery, I don't have a lot of money but Magna Dental made it possible. I give 10 stars and recommend Magna Dental, Thank you Dr. Kim!

Muestran muy poco interés por sus pacientes. No se preocupan por mantenerlos activos y darles seguimiento a sus tratamientos. El servicio es más o menos pero sí tienen precios altos.
