- MJMeaghan Johnson4 days ago1.0My prescription was supposed to be done yesterday. I’m never coming back. I have been in three times today and my prescription still isn’t ready. I came in around 11am and I was told 15-20 minutes. I came back around that time and was told the same thing. I had somewhere to be and was told it would be ready when I came back. I came back around 2:30pm and it still wasn’t ready. I was told the same 15-20 minutes thing. I am currently sitting here at the pharmacy 40 minutes later waiting for my prescription and writing this. If I could rate them 0 stars I would.
- JPJo PhillipsOct 27, 20251.0I moved my scripts to Smiths Pharmacy because of my insurance. BIG MISTAKE! In the months I have been here, my scripts are 3-7 days late even though they are on auto-refill, I needed a renewal and they had my doctor wrong. Never heard of the one they indicated had to ok the refill. I finally got that fixed and it still took 2 more weeks to get my meds. Very disappointing. When i asked what takes so long, I am told "the que has 650 prescriptions in it." Uh, ok. So why are my scripts pushed to the back every single time? Even though I get a notice that it is ready? I am changing pharmacies.
