- WAWendy AycockJul 18, 20222.0I like Scott Healey he is a very good dentist no problem but he has a receptionist who gets upset with me everytime I have to reschedule an appointment I was told that as long as I called the day before to reschedule that was fine which is what I usually do if I have to reschedule but she gets upset with me everytime to me this is a little unexceptable I’m not rescheduling on purpose to cause any inconvenience on anyone but I have other clients I have to take to appointments I have no help from anyone and so I have to do it all on my own. It is not much fun to get yelled at when you have to reschedule an appointment I feel like when your running a front desk you should be a lot kinder and professional the office is just going to loose clients if you don’t so just a suggestion.

Dr. Healey is thorough, honest, and good at explaining options. There's fun puzzles, toys, and books in the waiting area for children. The receptionist is very kind and informative, the hygienists were gentle and great with my children. I value this office and staff, they're honest, very educated, and thorough in their care.
