  I am so glad I decided to go to Brookhaven Counseling & Wellness! The facility is beautiful and the staff members are incredible. In addition to talk and play therapy you can also attend restorative yoga...best decision I could have made! Linda taught the most beautiful class. I felt so much peace and my soul felt rested. If you're looking to improve your life this is the place to do it!

  Calm, beautiful, individualized therapeutic experience from the reception to the yoga studio. Every employee comments on how much they enjoy working here and I've seen the owner connect with and care for each of them. The happy work environment creates a very warm welcome for me as I come to address some of my most difficult struggles. I work with Terri (therapist) and have seen huge improvements in my anxiety and depression! I am more confidently able to keep a job and have even been able to start college classes again. Best of all my relationships with my self, my spouse, and even my in-laws are improving. Many golden "Terri-isms" are becoming the healthier way I look at life. The work is my own but Terri is my hilarious, empathetic, experienced guide. As a client at Brookhaven I get access to yoga lessons (no additional cost and you can bring a +1). Shanole (yoga instructor) leads unique classes each week that are focused on leading the body and mind to rejuvenating rest, it feels awesome! She always encourages and shows adaptations so that you can take things at your own pace and listen to your body. A great experience that i am very grateful for.
