This dentist was AMAZING!
Shout out to the actual dentist (i hate that I don’t remember his name! He is phenomenal! But also Hailey, Kayla, and Kenzie! Four kids, two were babies or toddlers, and we were in and out. They listened to my requests when it came to my little ones and everyone left so happy!! 4/4 little kids and one mom, all happy. That is rare!
I will never go anywhere else!!
They also let you text pictures from home if you’re worried about something. They have called in antibiotics last minute for one of my kids and just always are so so so nice. I can’t say enough good things about the ENTIRE staff!!!
Do not look anywhere else.. They treated my kids like real people and individuals. A staff member (another shout out to Hailey!!!) even helped play with and keep my baby from fast crawling away, as well as entertained so I could have an actual conversation with the dentist, get my kids rescheduled, and have my questions answered. I didn’t even have to ask or anything… that’s not just a good employee, that is a kind and compassionate human. Those kinds of actions speak volumes!
Thank you to everyone working when my kiddos and I came in. It is already a lot as a single mom to 4 kids (1,3,8, and 10) and I can’t think of a single thing you guys could have improved on. Your staff to staff communication, the flawlessness of your teamwork, and overall very happy and sweet attitudes were just top notch.
And as someone with a very emotionally sensitive toddler, if she feels that I am unhappy or stressed or the staff helping her were, she would have fed off of that. Instead she was talking about how nice they were and how much she loves the dentist and needs me to also get her marshmallow toothpaste! Lol. (Thanks Kayla! She LOVED that! You were the best at her cleaning. Finding the balance between a young child but also wanting to be treated like they had all the bodily autonomy! Amazing!)
Kenzie took my toddler back for x rays and my girl just went willingly and happily with her. That is sooo rare. What’s more, my toddler then went and repeated the cute things and fun tricks Kenzie did to help her take good teeth x rays, to my infant girl! My 3 year old would not have done that had Kenzie not left the best impression that my girl wanted to emulate for my youngest baby. My toddler will not imitate anyone unless it leaves the best impression on her and she really connects. Thank you, Kenzie!
I’m going to repeat one of the best parts… We were in and out so fast!! All kiddos had X-rays, cleanings, and all the stuff done.
Just an amazing experience all around!
Side note - if you’re like me and never used the actual pediatric dentist because you had the worst dental experience of your life (despite it being your partner being treated) at the nighttime emergency dentist who SHARE the office. IT IS NOT THE SAME STAFF OR ANYTHING ASSOCIATED WITH THE CHILDREN’S DENTIST. Give the pediatric dentist a try and don’t let the crappy nighttime emergency dentist ruin the best experience for your kids!
