- BDBret DidierNov 11, 20251.0Rude technician. Was told my doctor cancelled my prescription, when I called my doctor he said he did not cancel. When I called back and asked for specifics and asked to speak to a pharmacist I was transferred to voice mail. Be careful what you try to get filled, apparently the techs will only fill what they think you should have!!!!

There is never any communication regarding issues with refills and when they’re ready. The drive through takes forever. Came for an antibiotic to be told they were out and that I could figure out how to get my prescription…. Great let’s run out of the most common antibiotic. Love smiths, hate this pharmacy

We waited in line for close to 20 minutes (even though there were only two cars in front of us) and then were told the prescriptions that were said to ready yesterday weren't ready and we needed to come back in 30 minutes....and then told its our responsibility to call ahead and make sure theyre ready? When we already did and were told they were ready YESTERDAY. very annoying. Called management and he said theyd have it ready in 5 minutes so....we went inside to get it and waited an additional 15 minutes. So wild.
