- SJSusan JensenMar 3, 20261.0Why are the staff such jerks? They never even look me in the eye. My last experience was the worst. I usually do the drive through but went inside this time. I wasn’t sure where pickup was because there was no sign. So I asked the one lady I saw. She said in a stern voice that she’d be right with me but didn’t answer my question. So I moved to the left where I thought pickup was. She said sternly again that it would be right where she was but she’ll be right with me. Then she said, never looking at me once “birthdate?” Still never looking at me she suggested several vaccines. Every word said like a robot and never looking at me. This is how all of the employees act. You are nothing to them. Not human. Not important.

My medication is difficult to find and they have it in stock but won’t fill it because I don’t normally fill at this specific smiths which is one of the only ones that has it in stock. That blows my mind. Go somewhere else.
