I was told they would not fill a prescription because it’s a “dangerous drug.” My wife is a cancer patient. This medication was prescribed by her oncologist—someone who actually understands her condition, her pain, and her treatment. It’s incredibly frustrating and frankly insulting to have a pharmacist override a doctor’s medical judgment while showing zero compassion in the process. This is already a hard road for families dealing with cancer. Being met with suspicion, lectures, and refusal instead of professionalism and empathy makes it even harder. We will be taking our business elsewhere.
