Husband and I just got our covid/flu vaccines. Mason did a great job, I barely felt the needle at all! He's professional and kind.

Kroger has jumped on the bandwagon of punishing and abandoning pain patients. It’s not the pharmacists fault they have to follow policy of their employer. I want to mention this is not about addicts or misuse of medication or me personally this is a Kroger wide policy blocking pain clinics as a whole from their pharmacies to cap their controlled substance dispensing not per individual persons but per facility. We as pain patients are forced to pay unreasonable costs to get our diagnoses often years of this to “prove” we are in chronic un curable pain no pcp will write them they tell you it’s your last option and send you to a pain specialist/clinic so of course those clinics have a high percentage of prescribing controlled substance; everyone is forced to go to them. Banning a whole facility is insane and cruel to patients who are suffering not the addicts, not the drug seekers but the actual pain patients who pass their drug tests, are seen monthly, have random pill counts with no other treatment options to live a productive and meaningful life. The opioid problem was not caused by pain patients it was caused by addicts. I would never sell, share, or misuse my medication even if I am in severe pain I will not take them out of prescribing guidelines, real pain patients would never jeopardize the care they need that so few are even willing to help with. People think it’s no big deal but this is happening with all large chain pharmacies not just Kroger, this has been my only pharmacy for several years and my Rx history speaks for itself.

As I've gotten older and my prescriptions continue to increase, I find myself spending more and more time visiting Smith's Pharmacy in Kaysville. I just have to say that the staff there has mastered being professional, efficient, and always friendly. It is not just isolated to one or two employees. I have been helped by multiple people who work there and have always been impressed with how upbeat, helpful, and friendly they are. Great bunch of folks there! Thank you!
