Total scam!!!!!
I would never recommend this business to anyone. I purchased these insole and was never informed about the return policy on them. When I requested a return I was told that they have a “no return policy”. I said that they never explained the no return policy and kept going around in circles about how these are “medical” equipment when they are cheap plastic insole that are way overpriced. They claim that they are medical orthotics when they are not prescribed by a doctor and none of the workers are specialists or have any medical qualifications. I wore these insoles for a few minutes and experienced excoriating pain. This organization is a joke. While I was checking out I was experiencing pain from the insoles and was told that it was normal. They rushed me through the checkout process with no information about their return policy.
I am extremely disappointed and should’ve looked at reviews because a quick google search showed that they are an unethical and irreparable.

Very strange manager, he argued with me as to what was better for me, as if he was an "expert,"as he said he was 😄 vrs. my own knowledge of my own feet, body, and past personal experience that I tried to explain to him, but he did not listen to me. That kind of arrogance and insensitivity has no place in any customer service, and, nor in any medical, orthotic occupation. Turned me off.

The fitting of the insoles for strengthening, maintaining or resting feet was very effective. The pricing of the insoles is very outrageous.

I can't thank Jennifer enough for her customer service patience and professionalism. That's the best customer service and friendliness that I've had for a long time and she truly is an asset to this business. I am pretty surprised how expensive these inserts are however. $2100 for three inserts and a pair of Brooks shoes. Can't do it.
