- CJCathy JohnsonDec 19, 20245.0This was our first time using Smith’s pharmacy. Jaci the pharmacist was very helpful letting me know that my medication would be in stock and available. When I checked out, the tech was also helpful and gave us a great price on our medication considering we had to pay with good RX. I would highly recommend this pharmacy. We will definitely be back.

When we went in to pick up they were closed but the pharmacy staff were still there but wouldn't help him. They fought with him about it at the front of the store. Ridiculous. Now they ban him from the store.

They are very rude and it takes over an hour for one prescription when told it would be 20 min. They kept giving dirty looks and then was told just to get the over the counter compared to the prescription. I wanted my insurance to pay for it but they refused to do it. Absolutely horrible service.
