Corner Canyon Health Centers | PHP & IOP

Corner Canyon Health Centers provides a comprehensive continuum of care through both its Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), designed to support clients at different stages of their recovery journey. The IOP offers clients the opportunity to attend structured group therapy sessions three to five times per week, while the PHP delivers a more intensive, full-day treatment experience for those requiring a higher level of support. In addition to group therapy, clients in both programs receive individualized one-on-one sessions with their primary therapist, along with regular meetings with their case manager to ensure personalized and coordinated care. These programs are designed to help clients build stability, develop coping strategies, and gradually reintegrate into their communities. Through a focus on real-world application, clients are encouraged to engage in job opportunities, volunteer work, and higher education at nearby colleges as they progress. Supported by a dedicated team of mental health professionals, Corner Canyon Health Centers ensures a smooth and structured transition back into everyday life.
