Center for Change

Center for Change is an eating disorder recovery facility. Its Salt Lake City Campus, which is located in Cottonwood Heights, Utah, provides three different levels of care. Its Partial Hospitalization program is offered five days a week, the Intensive Outpatient program is offered in the evenings and the Outpatient treatment provides support and guidance to clients to help manage eating disorder behaviors and thoughts in a well-supported home environment.
