I made sure to look up their return policy online which stated I could even though it was open and I didn't have my receipt. However, the older lady that was working very rudely told me I could not, and said how can you return it, we can't sell it because it's open. I stated that their policy said I could and she just said no and handed me back my items. I contacted their customer service who said that I was correct in what I thought their policy was.
