The lead Robyn came out to do an initial assessment with my mom to figure out a care plan and to see what caregiver might be best to work with my mom's personality. Robyn was caring, thorough and really personable. My mom loved her and instead of being frustrated by having to have care, she was excited to get to know Robyn. Once the caregiver placement was made, I was even more impressed. The caregiver carole is amazing, the staff have been amazing including Bruce, Brandy and the owner Trent, the online portal for communication is super helpful and you can really tell everyone at the company is invested in the care and well-being of their clients! Thank you all!!
