The gentleman (Harry?) that helped my mother in law was so nice. He cleaned up her hearing aids, loaded the most recent firmware on them, made sure her phone app that controls them was updated. Talked to her about her interests all while taking care of business. In and out in about 10 minutes. So glad we found them.
