Scheduling was easy, and I appreciated the appointment reminders. Jared was gentle but detailed, and the dentist took time to explain my treatment options without pressure.

This was one of the most comfortable dental visits I’ve had. Jared assisted during my appointment and did a great job explaining each step and checking in often.

I used to love coming to this place I've been coming to this dental office for many years and today I don't know if I want to continue services with them anymore Dr Wood was completely awful the minute he got into the room he had an attitude and talked to me very rudely and had a tone in his voice he started questioning me about when I last got my fillings done on some of my teeth and I told him that I got them done when I was a teenager he then started being even grumpier having more of an attitude towards me and he told me I need to get this fixed I then asked him what the issue is because I had just seen the other dentist there at the same location just 6 months ago and they haven't mentioned anything or seemed concerned about it he didn't even give me a second to process or really even ask questions about why now this is an issue when I was having no side effects no symptoms and never had this been brought up to my attention he quickly shut down my questions by saying well that's why I asked in an even angrier tone it was very unprofessional he didn't seem to want to even explain things calmly to me as his client I was nice in the whole time didn't raise my voice and wasn't rude until the end of this horrible incident with him I finally told him I don't want to be treated this way I was upset. He told me he doesn't have to treat me then and I told him okay I don't want to see you when you are okay with treating clients this way I had him leave after that he only then tried to apologize after I I told a few of the staff members about how I was treated I was not okay with that that I wanted to report this incident . He then came back in the room after he noticed I was complaining about the service he provided and he he gave me a fake apology had a smirk on his face it definitely was not sincere and he acted like it was just a misunderstanding and never apologized for his actual attitude and behavior towards me from the second he got into the room with me he had an attitude the assistants and the front desk employees were great though they where very nice and understanding but I don't know what the heck was his problem maybe he was just having a bad day but it's not Okay to treat clients that way I don't want to come into a dental office being treated poorly by a dentist because whatever personal problems they may be having hopefully he can learn from this incident and treat clients better but I'm not happy with this and I am strongly reconsidering not coming back here after years of coming to this dental office and had been happy with the services in the past I really hope this gets fixed and I hope he gets retrained on how to treat people and clients better it was very unprofessional how everything was handled by him I am very frustrated I didn't even get to finish my exam because of his treatment I usually don't write reviews but this was a frustrating enough experience to where I feel I do need to report this and put my review out there this is not okay.

The staff was really nice and welcoming. And Dr Wood was accommodating. I was in an extreme amount of pain and they helped me find relief. And explained my options well. This is a fine office to go to I strongly recommend it. I called other dental offices in the area and they wanted me to come in in a few days. Young Dental in AF offered an appointment in the afternoon that day. Then they called me back and got me in right away that same morning.
