I brought my kids here, and they actually enjoyed the visit! The dentist was patient and really good at calming them down. The staff used simple words to explain what was happening, which made the kids feel involved. It’s the perfect place for families.

This has been the best experience I've ever had at a dentist. Dr. Gervasi and his assistant Courtney are amazing! They have been so kind and patient. I have always struggled with dental issues and have seen more than my fair share of dentists, he has been the best one! I seriously cannot say enough good things about this place and my experience! Thank you Dr. Gervasi and Courtney for the tears of joy today! 💜

Honestly the experience with Dr. Park was as good as could be expected so I won’t give a one-star. I was in and out relatively quickly with no major issues the day of. I got a cleaning and a panoramic x-ray (which I was informed I was paying out-of-pocket for). However the reason why I’m rating so low is because during the appointment they told me I would be paying for the panoramic separately since it wasn’t covered by insurance. I paid that at the end of my appointment. A couple weeks later, I got a notice saying that I had an outstanding balance, and when I called, they said they had no idea what the balance was for. They suggested calling insurance, and when I did insurance said that they had billed the panoramic to insurance. When I called back to inform them of this, and to explain what insurance told me and what needed to be done to correct the charge, the receptionist told me I was out of luck and just needed to pay the bill, and that they had no control over what insurance was going to cover. But to reiterate, they were the ones that told me that insurance was not going to cover the panoramic and I just needed to pay the out-of-pocket expense. Because I don’t have the best insurance, I was very hesitant to set an appointment initially, so when the receptionist explained exactly what would and would not be covered I set the appointment under that understanding. I get things happen, but if they’re going to say one thing and do another and not work to resolve the issue, then that’s not OK, especially when it means I’m having to pay more out-of-pocket.
