  They took the time to explain to me in detail what my x rays were showing, and have so many options in office for relief especially for my migraines! Definitely recommend!

  I have had a "hitch" in my lower back, for a couple of years that was a nagging pain that kept me from doing some yoga twists, and working my two jobs pain free. I have had assisted stretching, other chiropractics, deep tissue massage, and physical therapy trying to release that part of my lower spine. Recently it has progressed so that I actually had a pulling sensation in my lateral hamstring, which hurt every time I stride out either walking fast or running. Today after Scott gently pushed on that part of my back and a couple of other gentle maneuvers I was able to be out of that pain and it has lasted clear through tonight, a good 8 hours since! I am a package handler /loader in a warehouse. I do a lot of heavy lifting, bending, and leaning over and not once did. I feel that hitch and no pain at all and that has been a good 8 hours since I had my appointment with life alignment. I feel such a relief and will continue my treatments to fix all my other aches and pains in my back, neck, and shoulders.
