He was told there would be no charge for the services that day because the crown had failed. When he returned to fill two cavities, still expecting no charge for the first visit, they had him prepay for the fillings based on an "estimate". I called their office and asked why we would pay in advance for an "estimated" charge. I was told if we over paid they would keep the overpayment and use it toward a future visit. Then we received a bill for the initial visit ,that was to be no charge. We are flabbergasted by their lack of integrity and honesty. We will take our business to another dentist in town.
