I brought in some frames that I liked to wear. They said maybe we can do this so I said OK. Paid the $388 bill. They called me 2 weeks later and said they can not do it. So I asked for my money back. I already have two other pairs I bought from them. They said I would get my refund minus co-pay. I said sure that's fine. Still haven't got my refund so I called.them again. I was told " I can not see anything on your account. No one in accounting is here today. I will continue to wait patiently. If I get the run around again on Monday then they will be contacted by my lawyer.
