  I cannot say enough good things about Store #0226 in Casper, WY, and specifically Nancy Bonner. After my brother suffered a medical emergency, broke his glasses, and was life-flighted hours away, I called the store from across the country trying to get him urgent replacements. Nancy was an absolute angel. She helped me navigate multiple roadblocks to find his prescription, started the order immediately, and even went out of her way to visit him in his hospital room to guarantee a perfect fit. Her going above and beyond made a terrifying situation so much easier for our family. Exemplary service!

  First time walk-in customer at Eyemart Express on a Saturday. Crystal provided excellent customer service, clear in communicating options and they have a great selection of frames for all budgets. Two new pairs of prescription glasses within 2 hours for a reasonable price was a life saver. This is a busy office but the wait is worth it. We'll be repeat customers moving forward.
