  Doctor Philip D High is a very wonderful Oral Surgeon. He did both of my tooth extractions and made them easy and painless. I highly recommend him . He is very talented and caring ,and so is his entire staff. He made it so much easier by his calming presence and explains things so well. He is awesome and I can't say enough good things about him and his staff!

  The Doctor was great but the office kept sending me bills without applying my insurance . I called Delta Dental and they never got a claim. After calling the office every month(3 months in a row) I asked for the OFFICE MANAGER JO and she said they have done what they can do and sent me the claim to send off my self! They are in network providers. They never called Delta to try and find out why the insurance was not going through even though they said they would Delta had no record of their office calling to check on my claim. Jo sent me the claim to send off MYSELF and they had the WRONG POBox and were sending it to Delta Dental of MICHIGAN and I have DD of Arizona, even though they had a copy of my card! Just shows you she never tried. Never even looked back at my insurance card that was scanned in her computer. I would never recommend just because of the hassle! Now Delta Dental is involved and a patient care compliant has been filed.

  The receptionist was very rude. She answered me in head nods which is unprofessional. Also when I called I needed an extraction on my #2 tooth. I called 3 times prior to my appointment about my extraction just to confirm they had everything. Then Dr.High said “we’re just doing a consult on your wisdom teeth right”. So that office needs to work on their communication. He was irritated with me because of their lack of communication. I have never had a tooth removed before so I was very anxious. So I was asking questions about what was happening next and he was very snippy and rude with every answer. Half way through pulling it, I started having a panic attack and I apologized. Dr.High just huffed and puffed about it. Wasn’t compassionate at all. The only person that was sympathetic was the assistant that was with Dr.High during the extraction. Anyone with dental phobias or anxiety, avoid this place. They need to do something about the professionalism and bed side manner.

  If you want to be treated like a human being do not come here. He cut into my mother's gums even though she could feel everything and told him to stop REPEATEDLY. She was then told to be quiet and even had a medical instrument thrown at her because she was trying to stop him. His assistant was there and was complicit. Dr. Philip refuses to speak to us. It is completely unprofessional and disgusting. This man should lose his license.
