- SRShawnee Renèe6 days ago1.0Went in to have them replace nose pads on my glasses. While putting on nose pads the lady broke the frames , told me they couldn't be repaired and it would cost me $79 to replace the frames. Now I have to wear duct-taped glasses until I can afford to get new ones. I am in disbelief that a company can be so horrible. Wonder if it's a scam they are running? My advice would be avoid this store like the plague.

I have been twice to pickup ordered glasses and both times had to leave after waiting for longer than 30 minutes. Staff are not lazy or unresponsive - just overworked and undermanned. They need a dedicated employee just for pickups. Meanwhile I've spent several hundred dollars for eyewear I cannot successfully pickup.

- WFWeen FainAug 27, 20195.0Absolutely amazing!! Extremely inexpensive, fast and excellent customer service! I’ve never been so pleased and wish I would’ve known about them sooner.. One of our twins broke my glasses and I’m absolutely almost blind.. I almost cried when another place told me it would take 7-10 days to get my glasses and another 3-7. Someone told me about this place so I went straight there. 2 pairs of glasses for 110$ done in 20 mins. Now THAT is amazing!! Thank you guys so much!
