- EEEmmyMay 6, 20262.0What is with the dismissive and uppity nature of the lady working the counter? And why can't they EVER answer the phone? My husband recently spent over $1100 in there for an eye exam and 2 pair of glasses. Then we have to go in to ask whether they'll accept my son's insurance, because they won't answer the phone yet again. (We had already called his insurance company and R&A eyecare was listed as an authorized provider.) We're treated like peasants. So we went on to Walmart vision where we were treated with dignity and respect. This lady needs to get off her high horse! Take your business elsewhere. I'm disgusted.

Dr. Rebuck is thorough, knowledgeable, and willing to take time to answer any questions. The office is clean and orderly, and the equipment appears to be state of the art (as far as I can tell). One pair of glasses I got were a little bit off, and they replaced them. We are very satisfied with their work.
