  We had such a wonderful experience coming in for a free evaluation for our baby’s helmet. From the moment we walked in, the woman at the front desk was so warm, kind, and welcoming. Her friendly smile immediately made us feel comfortable. Sean, the orthotist, was absolutely amazing as well. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Even though the evaluation was completely free, he took the time to really listen to everything I had to say and explained everything so carefully and thoroughly. I never felt rushed or like my concerns were insignificant. I honestly felt almost guilty leaving without paying anything because of how much time and care he gave us! Since English is not my first language, I wasn’t able to express my gratitude as well as I would have liked in person. So I wanted to take this opportunity to say thank you so much. Your kindness and professionalism truly meant a lot to us. Everyone we interacted with was wonderful and incredibly professional. I would highly recommend them to any parent looking for a helmet evaluation for their baby. ❤️

  The Miller family are the sweetest people you will evercome to know. They’re down to earth and you can tell they enjoy what they do and very professional at what they do. I love the fact that they explain and answer questions to help you understand what they are doing. They will work you in the schedule if need be and you are treated as an individual and not a number. They also run their support group meetings the second Tuesday of every month and it so great to see that there others out there like you. Mark and Nancy are very involved in the community and recently went to Rio to cheer on the Paraolympians.
