  Great gym friendly staff the only thing they could improve is price and there water fountains are not cold

  I had started a diet along with my significant other the beginning of this April and we've both lost 20 + pounds. We decided we needed to join a gym to help keep our muscle mass and improve our strength and mobility.. I went to the gym to check out the facility and program that they offered. I joined that day and got the Personal Trainer that they offered with the Basic plan. I decided to keep the momentum to get fit going and scheduled the evaluation with the first available trainer who was available. They did a complete evaluation of my heart and what goals I was trying to achieve. I was so impressed with the Personal Trainer and I got my significant other to join and requested her to be her trainer also. We've been very happy with our trainer and the programs she came up with for us; which are different because of our different health issues. We've also taken advantage of the various classes that are offered free with your membership. We recommend to anyone of any age or fitness level to come to this facility and let them help you achieve your health goals!

  One Life is awesome. I love the atmosphere and the people. I have paid for a trainer for 6 monthes . James is the trainer I got and he is beyond amazing. I am 63 and have never had a trainer before but he is very patient with me and explains things to me the way I need him to.i highly recommend this gym to EVERYONE.

  I walked into Onelife Fitness center at Martinsburg just to look around but the way the assistant manager ( JAY ALSOPP) received me and my husband, I was so impressed that I immediately signed up to become a member of the center. Mr Jay ALSOPP is the best assistant manager I have met in a very long time as far as public relations is concerned. I hope the management of Onelife Fitness recognizes his worth.
