  Thank you One Life for offering classes for those over 60, I have really enjoyed your Silver Sneaker Classes and Stretch & Restore Class. The gym is very clean and offers plenty of spaces and equipment for working out. I have been very glad that I joined Martinsburg One Life Fitness and have recommended it to others!

  My dad and I started here a year ago. The atmosphere is calm and you don't feel out of place. There are people of all ages that are all there for the same reason.... fitness...they do not have judgemental stares or grouchy " don't talk to me faces" and by they I mean everyone! We have tried several gyms over the years and this is our permanent spot .

  Excellent fitness center! If you're looking to get in shape, stay in shape - you're at the right place. Facility is well maintained, the folks are friendly and there to help you achieve your fitness goals. I highly recommend!

  I love this gym. I just witnessed how special the staff is here. A member sat on the floor in front of me near the entrance, obviously feeling ill. I was about to offer some help when I noticed the front desk team was also watching and asked if he needed anything. They got him a cold bottle of water and looked after him. They do care about their members and it shows. Their classes are developed at the corporate level demonstrating even at that level they are committed to our well-being. Good job to all.
