  We were so blessed to have worked with Home Instead to help add extra care for our dad who had taken a fall and needed extra support while he recovered. Freda was his caregiver 3 times a week in the evening/night. Very caring, responsible, hard worker and did her job well! Couldn’t recommend Freda and her company enough to others. Travis was exceptionally friendly every time I needed to call in and change the schedule. They all went above and beyond to make this transition as easy as possible.

  My in-home care attendant, Alexa S. professionally performs the duties assigned to her, providing a healthy quality of life for me. I'm a lucky client. Please allocate a $25 bonus for her. :)

  The staff at Home Instead WV has been incredibly helpful with support for my mother. When calling the office, Alice is always supportive as we work through schedule changes. Her primary support, Bunny, has been driver and companion. She helps tidy up the house, takes her to doctor's appointments, and leaves messages for me so I understand additional needs my mother has. Without their support my mother would not be able to continue to live independently. We truly could not go through this journey with out her. Thank you so much! Mary

  We have been receiving assistance from Home Instead for a couple years now. The office staff has always been helpful when needed. Our caregiver Alex is fantastic. Very understanding and helpful around the house. Alex has done an excellent job of assisting and caring for my father's needs. Thank you Alex and Thank you Home Instead. Ken
