Boone Memorial Hospital

Boone Memorial Health is a critical access facility located in rural West Virginia. The hospital has over 40 providers including MD's (Doctor of Medicine), DO's (Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine), physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and specialty doctors. The original Boone Memorial opened its doors in 1964 and opened a new state-of-the-art facility in 2016. BMH offers services in Cardiology, Black Lung, Dermatology, Psychiatry, ENT, Pain Management, Pulmonary, 24-hour ER, Inpatient Care, Diabetes Education, Imaging, Laboratory, Cardiac Rehabilitation, Infusion, Surgery, Gastroenterology, Nuclear Medicine/Stress testing, Pharmacy, Physical Therapy/Sports Med, Speech Therapy, Social Services, four rural health clinics, and more.
