  As of today I seen a whole different side specially when my husbands dentures looked nothing compared to his first set that same guy made years ago . The lady didn’t wanna listen started arguing right of the rip had my husband put the dentures in so she cld see and she says they was dead on like…? If shld she wld of looked at from the side they come out and shove his lip into his nose. But she then tried to take them from his mouth he moved her hand and removed himself she snatched and said she wld go get dr brown but she came back said here’s u a check for ur dentures. Dr brown didn’t even come in to look listen nothing as she wasn’t listening either she kept walking from the room so I said what I said and it’s the truth. I stated I wldnt have them do mine and definitely wouldn’t recommend is awful how they treated him today. Complete different ppl in the beginning specially when making that money. They say they have a drawer of teeth due to ppl not paying but in reality it’s prolly ppl who wasn’t satisfied with the outcome as well. Disgusting dirty if u cHeck the equipment sink area had stuff on it as well and the tray for dental supplies wA dirty. Also denture building out back isn’t very pleasant either. BTW the check was already ready as of 7-6-2026 but still has to sit n wait and her be rude and check the dentures in the mouth so on. This isn’t a way to handle business at all. Can’t even listen to ur patient and their concerns. Was all bout them.

  I had an appointment at 10am to get my teeth cleaned. I sat in the waiting room almost an hour and noone said a word ro me. When I finally get in the back I was treated as of I was bothering everyone by showing up for my appointment including Dr. Brown. Noone offered an apology and haven't to this day. Rude and self centered. I do not recommend this place unless you have alot of patience and dont mind being treated like crap.
