- NGNoralynn GooldFeb 3, 20245.0The staff is very friendly and nice to work with, especially the installer. The chairs are comfortable and sturdy with a foot rest and pads on the arm rests. The ride is very smooth, like floating and is very quiet. I like how it folds up leaving plenty of space for others to use the stairs. Bonus is the remotes and the safety belt allows us to load the chairs with our groceries and use the chair as a dumb waiter to bring up the groceries so we don't have to go up and down the stairs multiple times. Works transporting the laundry basket also. The mobility chairs we purchased for our two flights of stairs means I can stay in my house as I age. That is way cheaper than a nursing home!
