  She represented me as an advocate for my social security disability claim because she's not a qualified attorney. Because of her lack of experience and knowledge she lost my case. No attorney will touch my appeal because of the mess she did of my case. Do not trust her! I spoke with her once maybe twice for a total of 5 minutes. She claims my case was lost because of the judge I got. From speaking with legimate attorney, she lost my case because it was too complex for her to handle. I tried several times to get her to resign my case but she pretty much claimed that I didn't have a choice but to let her see my case through. Now attorneys will not represent my appeal at the Federal court level because they weren't the original representative on my case. She failed to inform me about a lot information that I should have known during my case. No another attorney will not file my appeal because she can request 1/2 of whatever is awarded by the attorney. My only option is file a new claim and not use any of the evidence that I had which she failed to present during the judge's hearing. Totally incompetent.

  I would highly recommend Andrea Pecora & Associates. I had been denied two times, and decided to take my chances with Andrea. She walked me through any paperwork or any other items that made my case strong. She knew the approximate on how long it would take, And walked me through the final closed hearing. She then let me know the recap of the hearing.

  Andrea Pecora and her staff walked my husband and I through every step of this overwhelming process. Through denial, appeal, re-filings - she remained steadfast and determined. She told him from the beginning that she would not have taken his case if she didn't think he had a case to win. It was not a short or easy process but it was worth it. We received the approval news just before Christmas 2017 and it was the best present we could have EVER received! I would tell anyone that's been denied disability, call Andrea's office, make an appointment. Be patient, be vigilant about submitting your paperwork from your doctors, and don't give up hope! If she takes your case, she'll fight to the last to win it.
