  My mom has to have someone to drive her 45 minutes to this appt only to find they are closed for her last 2 appts with a note on the door... no phone call or anything. That is so disrespectful and rude..I don't care how good of Dr you think you are, that is wrong to treat patients that way. If she stood your office up on an appt, you would still try to charge her for no 24 hr notice. I recommend she find someone else that is a little more considerate of their 90 yr old patient!!!

  Terrible practice went to see them for years but the last couple of years on my exam anniversary I would call and no one would answer and no one would return my calls. Terrible customer service.

  Front desk staff was super friendly on the phone and saw my son right away for an eye emergency.
