This place is very unhelpful. They point to the wall. "The glasses are over there." They wont help you find a frame, wont help you determine vision benefit coverage available or anything. I definitely do not recommend this place. The employees are very apathetic and rude, including the manager. It wasnt busy, so that wasn't the problem. I definitely wont be back!

We stopped in to pick up new glasses for my husband. Both guys working were very friendly, professional, and helpful. The older gentleman was great. He helped my husband get the order in, and the younger guy adjusted my frames several times until I was happy. Great customer service and very appreciated!

This is the worst place I’ve ever been to and will never be back there again. I bought a pair of glasses and the lenses kept splitting and now I’ve spent a year driving 1 hour, one way to take them back there so they can look at them multiple times. What did they do when I was there? Belittle me and make me feel like it was my fault. The manager told me it was my fault because I was buying Walmart eye cleaner pads. So I bought LensCrafters pads and cleaning solution the last time. They never would offer to let me get a different frame, instead ordered me another frame after numerous times of replacing the lenses. The same thing happened and now they say it’s been over the one years “original purchase” and they can’t help me anymore. Now this was after she told me that I had to drive yet another hour, one way for them to look at my lenses again. So I would have driven an hour for them to tell me that it’s been over a year and they can’t help me, instead of her looking me up in the system to see what had been going on with my lenses and frames. Then I asked for the corporate number and they left me on hold for 5 minutes and came back to make excuses for themselves. They are rude, inconsiderate and do not care how they treat people or make them feel it’s hard to get them to call you back and answer the phone.
I got a new pair of glasses around January and I did not like them and they returned them. I had to wait there for an hour while they tried to get my purchase to go back on my card and it never did. So it was 3 weeks before I got a check from them to refund them. Now my benefits are gone and I can’t get a new pair and they never once offered to allow me to get a store credit or help me to get a pair I liked.
My advice to you is RUN!!!!
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
