More specifically, your food combining results in good feet or bad feet. Do you drink milk with meat? Do you drink tea or coffee with your protein? Do you have cheese with meat? Do you have soda with your meals? If yes. You may have prematurely Grey hair, have sparse hair on chest, legs, arms, and with low iron caused by milk with meat, etc you could be causing your plantar whatever that bald doctor talks about in those tv ads. Don't take the expensive vb supplements he advises, just have lemon or lime aid with cane sugar, thats very important. Regular sugar is the culprit. It drains your vitaminb. ..along with many many other crucial vitamins. with your protein.
