The staff member who was working there (the manager according to her ID pin!!), was not showing any sign of cooperation. I walked in and explained why I was there and she told me right away that I would have to go to the branch I got my glasses from. That wasn't true because I called prior to going and asked other branches. She kept telling me that 'I was free to go to another branch' to get my issue resolved! I will not be going there again and will take her up on her offer and continue to go to another branch.
