Upon arriving the next day, I was told that I in fact needed to bring the box and receipt (being the display, it was needed I guess). I work long hours (usually 6am-5pm) and have been away on vacation for the last 3 weeks. When I called today (after weeks of unanswered calls to the store) some lady answered with a terrible attitude, almost yelling from the start of the conversation and gave me an ultimatum of either get it today or tomorrow by 7pm (impossible due to work schedule) or I would. Not be getting the supplement I payed for. A refund wasn't ever suggested and certainly wasn't acknowledged in this conversation today. Highly unprofessional, highly disrespectful and genuinely disappointing.

She was patient, knowledgeable and super sweet. I definitely recommend going to the GNC in stadford plaza. She can help you with all your health and workout needs!!!!
