- EMEdward MinarikAug 13, 20265.0Walking in I already felt like I was in a high end boutique Eyewear shop. I was greeted right away and was seated for my eye exam with in 10 mins of walking through the door. Dr. Xiong was very kind and astute and seemed to be very knowledgeable of her practice. After the exam I shopped for new glasses. The store manager even helped pick out several pairs for me after telling her I wanted statement glasses that really turned heads. I ended up going with a pair or Versace frames that she chose and Raybans that I had chosen. She was e ven kind enough to somehow get my bill after everything was said and done, below 1000 which i had been over by like 100. I only had 1000 on my fsa card yo use, and I still walked out with everything from my original order. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend going here for anything your peepers might need.

The voicemail that was left for me never mentioned that my appointment would be canceled or given to someone else if I did not confirm. Had that been clearly communicated, I would have made every effort to respond. As a result, I arrived expecting to be seen, only to find that my appointment had been given away. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with a very poor impression of your office, and I will not be returning.
