- AYAnead YrogergJan 9, 20253.0I can't say anything about direct or personal store service, but I was in the store and witnessed some very poor customer service (Keisha). She seemed arrogant, sat there at her station, was short with a question I had, almost as if she might've thought she's above and better than others. Your body language, eyes, and replies MATTER, no MATTER WHO it is... remember that! Customers, delivery staff, ANYONE can be watching.... remember that!
