  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can't say enough great things about this office! As a mom with multiple kids, appointments can be stressful, but the entire team made our visit so much easier. They were able to squeeze my youngest daughter into the schedule so she could be seen with my other daughter and me, and I truly appreciated them accommodating us. Everyone was so patient while caring for all three of us, and they treated us with kindness from start to finish. A huge thank you to Keltie, our dental assistant! She was amazing with my kids—so patient, friendly, and kept them entertained throughout the appointment, which made a big difference. She helped make what could have been a stressful visit a positive one. Thank you to the entire team for your compassion, flexibility, and outstanding care. We always leave feeling well taken care of, and I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a caring dental team!

  All the 5 star reviews about Bull Falls Dental are true. I get very nervous when having to see a dentist, but this dental office was very inviting and comfortable. Every step of my service was done with care, starting with the tour of the facilities to my departure. I was introduced and welcomed by each staff member and any procedure that was required to handle my dental issue was explained clearly. I left feeling very well taken care of. If you are looking for an excellent dental facility I recommend Bull Falls Dental.

  Dr. Freyer is hands down the best dentist I’ve ever had. Having lived everywhere from major Texas metro areas to small-town Illinois, I can confidently say you won't find anyone better. I tend to turn inward during procedures, and Dr. Freyer is the first practitioner I’ve seen (medical doctors included) who truly noticed this. During my root canal, he checked in on me and gently asked, “You doing okay in there?” Knowing he viewed me as a person rather than just a task was incredibly comforting. On top of his exceptional patient care, his work is stellar, fairly priced, and backed by a wonderfully kind and competent team of hygienists and staff. Highly recommend!

  A friend referred me to Bull Falls dental. I have not been to a dentist for over 20+ years. I was nervous but the staff was so pleasant and helpful that I started to relax. Wendee was my hygienist and she showed me around the office and introduced me to all the staff. She explained everything she was doing and checked to make sure I was relaxed and answered questions I had. Dr. Freyer did an evaluation and explained what needed to be done before my upcoming surgery. They scheduled me in a timely manner to come back in for the work I needed done. I would recommend Bull Falls dental to family and friends.

  I truly cannot say enough good things about the staff here. I am genuinely the worst when it comes to anything dental-related and have some pretty intense dental anxiety. If there were an Olympic event for being nervous at the dentist, I would be a gold medal contender. From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. Even while I was freaking out a little (okay, maybe more than a little), nobody made me feel rushed, judged, or pressured into making a decision. Instead, they took the time to walk me through every option available, explaining the risks, benefits, and what I could realistically expect from each one. What stood out most was how comfortable they made me feel. They answered all of my questions, reassured me when my anxiety started taking over, and made sure I understood everything before moving forward. It felt like they genuinely cared about helping me make the best decision for my situation rather than just getting me in and out of the chair. As someone whose blood pressure rises approximately 200 points at the mere thought of a dental appointment, I cannot express how much I appreciated their patience and compassion. They somehow managed to turn an experience I had been dreading into one that was actually manageable—and dare I say, almost pleasant. If you’re someone who gets nervous about going to the dentist, I cannot recommend this office enough. They are knowledgeable, professional, and most importantly, incredibly kind. They handled my anxiety better than I did, and for that alone they deserve five stars.
